Elective courses

Students must get 9 CFU/ECTS by chosing one or more elective activity/ies.

It is suggested to choose among MIE and other Master’s degree held in English:

• MEF – Finance and Economics
• EPS – Economics and political science
• DSE – Data science for economics

It is also possible to gain elective credits through laboratories or a combination of courses and labs (e.g. a regular course worth 6 ECTS and a lab worth 3 ECTS).

The maximum number of laboratories that can be authorized in each student's study plan is 3 (three).
Therefore, MIE students who choose to take 2 labs instead of the 6-credit internship are limited to take just one additional lab as elective credits.
